Digital Marketing is the online digital campaigns. This including digital ads, conversion funnels, web sites, and sales software integration.

Operations is the handling of the new customer and delivery of product and services. Operations leverages the logical use of enterprise software.

Strategy is the overall plan, and a path to future improvements. This often involves new workflows, new processes, and new software applications to make this a reality.
